About Us
John GARTUNG, PA
John Gartung is an orthopedic physician assistant specialist in Columbia, SC. He graduated with honors from Albany Medical College of Union University in 2005. He now has over 18 years of diverse experience as a Physician Assistant, including time with Midlands Orthopedics and Neurosurgery.
Our Staff
Our staff includes a number of USC honor students who are majoring in Nursing, Exercise Science, and Cardiovascular Technology while they work part time with Carolina Spine and Ortho. These students have been hand selected from a large list for the opportunity to learn orthopedic surgery in a private practice setting. Dr. Chebuhar is committed to volunteering his time as a community educator for the various health care programs at the University of South Carolina.
